Mobile Linkup Terms & Acceptable Use

1. Permitted Use

You may use Mobile Linkup to upload Content that you own or are fully authorised to upload, for the purpose of creating, editing, and producing your own authoring work inside AuthorForge.

2. Prohibited and Unlawful Use

You must not use Mobile Linkup or the AuthorForge platform for any unlawful, infringing, abusive, or fraudulent purpose. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

• ›Uploading content that is illegal, defamatory, threatening, harassing, or that infringes another person's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• ›Uploading images, text, or recordings you do not have the rights to use.
• ›Cloning, altering, or synthesising any voice without the clear, informed consent of the person whose voice is used, or in a way that deceives, defrauds, or impersonates any person.
• ›Using the platform to store or distribute malware, illegal material, or content that harms minors.
• ›Any attempt to use Mobile Linkup to access another person's account or data without authorisation.

3. Exemption From Liability for User Conduct

AuthorForge is operated by Neochic Digital Ltd and is a tool and hosting platform. We do not direct, control, or review the Content you upload through Mobile Linkup, and we are not the author or publisher of that Content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AuthorForge and Neochic Digital Ltd are exempt from, and accept no liability for, any unlawful, infringing, or prohibited use of the platform or Mobile Linkup by any user. You alone are responsible for the Content you upload and for any consequences of your use of the service.

4. Enforcement and Subscription Termination

If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these terms, any AuthorForge terms, or applicable law, we may take immediate action without prior notice. This includes revoking linked devices, suspending your account, and terminating your subscription with no refund.

Serious or repeated violations will result in permanent account closure.

5. Cooperation With Authorities

Where we suspect or become aware of illegal activity involving AuthorForge or Mobile Linkup, we will preserve relevant evidence and records and will provide them to law enforcement, regulators, or other competent authorities upon lawful request, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect rights, or prevent harm.

6. Voice Files and Consent

When you upload a voice file for cloning or alteration, you confirm that you either own the voice or have obtained the clear, informed consent of the person whose voice it is, and that your use complies with all applicable laws (including rights of publicity, privacy, and anti-impersonation laws). You are solely responsible for any voice content you generate or publish.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of Mobile Linkup after changes constitutes acceptance.
